Why
Why, why, WHY, does the digital camera have to run out of batteries EVERY single time you want to take an awesome picture of your self wearing something cool (a new pair of sunglasses or a hat with ears are two that come to mind). It is so unfair. You know, that AND the fact that Harry Potter has yet to make an apearance in my mailbox. Curse you Amazon, and you too Canada Post. CURSE YOU!!!

Well, I was going to write and ask you if you had spent the whole weekend reading the new Harry Potter . . . but this post answers that question. Shouldn't you be getting a refund or something . . . didn't Amazon guarentee delivery on Saturday?? If you are truly desperate, and wish to have two copies of the book arrive simultaneously, just drop me a little line and I will engage the magical abilities of FedEx and beg them to bring you the copy of said volume currently sitting on my bench. It's arrival will no doubt conjure up the appearance of your own long awaited copy. We can work out what to do with the duplicate in the days to come.
And as for batteries and cameras, I simply blame the ghost in the machine and always purchase spares . . . I have given up understanding anything but that there will be no power when I want it. I'm most sorry about the hat with ears and the sunglasses. They do sound as though they might be rather fetching together though . . . perhaps when freash batteries arrive, you might model them??
